Our Vibe
There’s a special energy here at Conscious Lab. Our space is filled with warmth, kindness and light, which comes from the intention that goes into every event that comes to life here. The decor, history of the building, and the incredible people we work with also create this magical vibe.
Conscious Lab is located in a stunning, historic building in the heart of Gastown. The exposed brick, arched windows, hardwood floors, original radiators, and high ceilings are reminiscent of a New York City style loft.
Capacity: 65 seated, 85 standing.
What Does Co-Creation Include?
- We’re best known for creating opportunities for communities to connect on a deeper level, and we’ll show you how to do this.
- You can opt to receive event mentorship to help you create the event of your dreams. Our founder Jenna Herbut has decades of experience producing some of the most successful community events in Western Canada.
- You’ll receive promotional support which means we’ll list your event on our events calendar, on Head + Heart's wellness events calendar, and we’ll share your event on Conscious Lab’s social channels.
- Event logistics. We’ll help you choose all the elements you need from catering, to lighting, to sound. You can expect to be supported in ways you didn’t even imagine!

Our desire is to collaborate with the entrepreneurs + visionaries we’re aligned with. If you’re working to elevate human consciousness, teach embodiment, make a positive impact in the world, and lift people up, then we’re very likely going to make a great team.
We offer event mentorship which includes access to Jenna Herbut’s proven track record and years of success creating sold-out, successful events. This also includes promotional support: We’ll add your event to our event calendar, and profile your event in fun ways on @consciouslab Instagram.

What are the costs?

We’re not responsible for planning your event or selling all the tickets. It’s a collaborative effort. You’re also in charge of all of the logistics, but we’ll give you direction and make valuable introductions as needed.
Space rental is $150/hour. Event mentorship costs start at $1000/event. Reach out to apply and we'll provide you with a proposal for co-creating your event.
